I was told the customer complained.. mind you not everyone clicks. but, an hour call was not a complaint. i feel totally ripped off. then i quit doing calls and never even received my last check so i contacted their labor department in alberta. I did receive paper work and filled it out too. got paid minus 60 minutes. thats bs talk sugars ripped me off minutes. when i inquired as to why I had money taken out of my balance. I did talk to RCMP in Edmonton, but, unless you have the real name of the people and a telephone number that was in a persons real name for ts, you really can't have them charged. I did put in a complaint via rcmp and I am Canadian... so for people to say no one complained to the BBB I did in fact, so not sure where people got their info from, but of course it was under Nexus, not TS.
