The process by which you would file a complaint against (1089980 Alberta Inc. / TalkSugar.com) online is by going to www.recol.ca . This link will allow you to file the details of your complaint. Each person who has a legitimate complaint will be tended to by this service. Once the information has been collected as a whole they will forward the complaints to the Edmonton RCMP. The Phone # is 1.888.495.8501. Each and every single person that has received NO FUNDS or WORTHLESS Checks should call or email a Complaint.

You’re time hasn’t come for you to be burned. The FACT remains they have issued NSF checks in the past and they are doing so NOW. The Nexus Situation proves that, however that’s neither here nor there. You are missing the whole point. My point is I was issued a NSF CHECK. Their history is repeating itself. I’m taking the time to address the LEGAL ISSUES @ hand.

Now why would he email and say they had a handful of checks to bounce if it wasn’t true? They can answer to the authorites. Im sure when the investigation starts NO STONES WILL BE LEFT UNTURNED! The FACT remains it was still a NSF check from TALKSUGAR.

I have returned my check like I was asked, but that doesn’t mean others will!

[Talksugar Pso --Funny how I and several ladies that I know have worked for Talksugar for years and we’ve always been paid every single penny we are owed. I also find it strange that you are altering these screenshots you are posting all over this bullshit site by cutting pieces out to make these screenshots support your misguided views. I bet you won’t even allow this post to be seen publically either because that wouldn’t fit into the image of victim that you are attempting to portray. I have seen all of you on Talksugar before your accounts were suspended for breaking Talksugar rules and not a one of you even had a rating high enough to actually clear a five hundred dollar check unless you did five hundred dollars worth of one minute calls and if that was the case then you were likely scamming your callers and deserved to be removed from the Talksugar system anyway.. As far as you supposedly being banned for reasons other then the fact that you broke the rules I’d like to say that I know for a fact that Minnie was removed for sending her clients to her Niteflirt account as I myself saw her photos on Talksugar with her Niteflirt links all over her photos, and while we are on the subject allow me to direct everyone to Candi’s sad little sob story where she openly admits her plan to direct her callers to Niteflirt which is a direct violation of Talksugar’s terms of service. Also please note the fact that she admits that every check she ever earned was paid to her except one which her bank fucked up and Talksugar was in the process of trying to clear up for her. So why not make a website entitled Candi’s bank sucks since that is the real criminal in her case.]

1- All this Over a 50.00 check? Nope thats a BLATANT LIE! MY CHECK WASNT MISDIRECTED IT WAS A NSF CHECK for $281.52 and that doesnt include the 135.00-175.00 that was sitting there when you closed my account. That check costed me 27.00 to overnight it back plus a 15.00 NSF that I got charged for your ACCOUNTING ERROR. Thats a grand total of 498.52, but yet I’m Bitter. PLEASE~ These are nothing, but the facts and they CAN AND WILL BE PROVEN IN A COURT OF LAW!

2- Extortion? Nah It’s not extortion when YOU WERE ISSUED A NON SUFFICENT FUNDS CHECK

It’s Not 50.00 Its well over $400.00 I’m owed. THE HEADER GRAPHIC SAYS IT ALL. The only LAWS/Rules that were broken was when TALKSUGAR issued me a TALKSUGAR NSF CHECK. That’s fraud plain and simple.. I am MistressCandi on talksugar. I started back in Oct 2007, My first pay was Nov 1st,2007 for $220.11 I was suppose to get direct deposit into my bank account. I did check with my bank before I signed up for direct deposit due to the warnings about US banks. When the money did not come by the 10th of the month I sent an email to support. Steven asked me to give it a few more days and let him know when I get it. I then sent another email letting them know I still did not have my money. I asked a few questions. How long will a trace take? no response. Once the trace is completed how much longer will it take for me to get my funds? no response. I think I asked those questions at least 5 or 6 times. I got emails telling me to be patient and when they knew something they would let me know.One email told me that it was not there banks fault it was my bank. I even posted in the forum which well now I am blocked go figure. Finally I decided to call my bank back and speak to a supervisor to find out if they ever even tried to deposit my money. I was told that the money would have been returned to them due to the fact that my online bank does not take funds from Canadian Banks regardless of the funds being US. I told them that I called and checked before I signed up for the direct deposit, I was pretty pissed cause i was not given the right info. She then asked me to hold on cause she said she could check and give me the date it was refused and sent back. I thought YES now at least I can send Steven and Eric an email and let them know. When the bank rep came back she stated that there had been no attempt on talksugars part. I asked how could she tell if they attempted. She told me that every attempt by law has to be logged into the history of my account. No attempt had been logged because no funds were sent. This call took place around the end of Nov beginning of Dec. I sent them another email telling them of my findings and even giving them names and numbers for them to contact my bank. I did not hear a word from them nothing not even a kiss my ass ..lol…i spoke with another girl from talksugar who had problems and still does. She turned me onto www.wireplastic.com for my direct deposit. I went in got an account then sent it to talksugar with the needed info and asked them to please send my money from Nov 1st to this account. NO RESPONSE again. I went in updated the info on my page. I did not have enough in the account to get paid Nov15th but I did have enough for a check for Dec1st. I got that check for $75.21 around the 10th of Dec. I did not even put it in the bank until the 1st of Jan. Now from what I have heard they had several that did not clear the bank during that time. I am going to check tomorrow and see if it cleared. I have another check that i just got the other day in the mail for Feb 1st, $60.44 .

I kept emailing asking for a number to contact them on, so we could talk about this issue with no response. I finally did a 3 way call with my bank and there bank in Canada to see if I could find out anything about my money. Of course they couldn’t really tell me much but they did confirm that my bank was correct if they had sent the funds.There would be a log of it on my account ..It would have said it was refused and why it was refused. I notified them of the call after I got done and I got an email finally from Eric stating That the issue had been resolved and the case was closed. Nothing about where my money is or when I will get it. Not even a “Fuck you ” . Of course I responded back asking where the money is. I still do not have it. I took the calls i should get my pay. No response. go figure.

A word of caution!! for the girls/guys that have returned checks. I understand that they ask you to send them back to them. NOT a good idea even keeping a copy will not help you.If you do not have the original you have nothing. That is why they ask you guys to send them back to them. Once they have them then you have no way to press charges. With that bad check in your hands you have the power. There is no reason for you to have to send it back to them. Send them the copy that is all they should need to reissue a new check.Send it where they have to sign for it. Then you have proof you did send it. You can not cash it anyway after it has been returned to you for a TALKSUGAR NSF..But you can turn it into the district att. office where you live.

Another thing I found out through all of this (after several calls to Canada). Due to the fact that we work as independent contractors we can not go through Canada’s version of labor borad. In order to make a stand and go after these fuck heads. We would have to hire an Attorney in Canada. It might be a good idea to check out if there is several of us and we do it together. Something to think about. I am still on talksugar going to direct my boys to my listing on Niteflirt. I lowered my price so hopefully they will call me soon and any new ones are welcome to come…lol.. I am Candi4ubaby on Niteflirt. There has got to be some way to find out who owns talksugar… Thank you for this site ..I wish you all lots of calls and big bucks in 2008. Candi

TALKSUGAR FUCKS SALMA

I (salmaherrick) worked for Talksugar off and on for a few years but because of all the horror stories I was hearing of girls getting screwed over, I was leary and only worked the site when it was dead elsewhere. Anyhow I get a check for $58.43 for the pay period of 9-16-07 and my bank would not let me deposit it because the bank manager said it was a fraudulent check. She put the word “void” on it and when Eric from Talksugar was informed of what occured, he told me to send the check back and a new one would be reissued. He claimed because it was U.S. funds at a Canadian bank, some banks had problems cashing it because their lack of knowledge in international banking or whatever.

So that week I sent the check back and weeks and eventually months go by and nothing. I email Eric and he makes it sound as if his people had not received the check and somehow the US postal system is to blame. I email him some more and eventually he stopped responding. Who does business like that? I know my check wasn’t for a lot of money but I earned every penny of that. I haven’t been locked out of the TALKSUGAR platform yet, but I am sure that is only a few emails to Eric enquiring about my money away. I even posted on the TS boards in a thread with girls complaining about similiar problems and after posting wanting details (to make girls who haven’t been screwed YET think he actually cares I am assuming) I haven’t heard a thing, not in the thread or via email. I have every email he sent me plus the ones I sent him if anyone wants to have a look. Anyhow, almost 5 months later and I have yet to see a cent of that money.

TALKSUGAR FUCKS MINNIE

Back in 2004, I signed up on talksugar because I heard about them from posboards now I think they are called psodivas anyway. At first I never really got much calls from them because if a call came in it would disconnect or the phone would ring and give you some weird automative message like “Thank you for calling” or in some other language.

I was on there for about 3 months, but it was a horrible fighting 3 months to stay on the site. It took about 6 months to receive my first and only check from them of $495 … I do not play around when I get checks for the first time I cash them at money mart. They would lie how they sent it out and claim I cashed it, and other things I have a obssessive system of how I handle getting mail and my checks and I know my mail delivery people by first names and some are my neighbours I live in a busy city for about 5 years now and mail is never a problem to sent to me. it’s only a problem when the sender never sends it.

So in begining yes any new system site will have problems but not for a whole year and longer it got really ridiculous working with them. They would drop my rating for no reason, they would lock out my password, and the hundreds of dropped calls it got to the point where what was the point of promoting my number on there when the calls never connect and their webcam system never worked so I had to anything possible to save my calls . They would claim or accuse me of promoting my website I can’t control what callers leave as feedback even plus my host name is Camgirl Minnie (it’s called name branding the first rule in marketing yourself make everything have your name on it)

With Niteflirt where I have been on since 2004 as well and never had the same problems, niteflirt is a god-sent. With Talksugar it’s like they went out of their way to make the phone with cam section fail in every possible way you could think of. but in that I have made a nice place for my place on Niteflirt.

TALKSUGAR PAYS VIA NSF

(I MILF REBECCA) have been with TALKSUGAR off and on for over 4 LONG YEARS. I have never had any issues with them until recently. On 1-1-08 I received a Talksugar NSF CHECK for 281.52 for the pay period of 12/16 thru 12/31 2007 so I deposited that check into my checking account and went on about my usual business.

On 1-18 this was posted to my checking account 01/18/2008 FOREIGN ITEM ADJUSTMENT FGN ITEM(S) RETURNED FOR NSF…-$296.52 It was a returned check for 1089980 ALBERTA INC AKA (TALKSUGAR) I contacted the company In question Via Email and was told the Following

Hi,

Apparently our bank made some error last month and a couple of checks
bounced. This has never happened to us before, it really sucks, and I
apologize. If you’d be willing to mail us the check back, we’ll reissue
you another one as soon as we get it, via Xpress Post.

As far as that NSF fee, there’s really nothing we can do about that. I
strongly encourage you to speak with your bank manager and request that
you not be charged, as it’s really no fault of yours.

So I Sent the check back and made a copy I sent it VIA UPS and today on 2-7-08 I noticed Im now locked out of my account with No Access. All I want is my money. In addition to the 281.52 that was NSF they are also holding well over another 135.00 for this current period thats over 400.00.

They are not an Employer they are nothing more than a BILLING PLATFORM that’s ripping Flirts/Sugar Hosts Off. Just because they are located in Canada doesn’t mean I don’t have rights or others have rights. I refuse to let this go. It’s not about the money it’s the Principle Of the Matter. If I have to spend 2,000.00 or more in fees obtaining my rightful monies I will. Im not Brand New to the Business nor are they going to pass me over and treat me like I am. I have my own merchant account and have been in the business for years. I have already filed a complaint with the CBBB and I’m not stopping there.
